I have recently sold my Ronin-S and have bought/switched to the ronin-sc2.
The new owner of the ronin-s can't access the gimbal through the app. Can someone please help me to remove the ronin-s from my account so he can register it under his account?

Hi Christer, please be advised that the activation email is not able to be removed. However, this will not affect other users' operation of the Ronin-S. If he encountered any trouble connecting Ronin-S to the mobile device, please help to advise him to contact us, he can also contact our support via email at support@dji.com directly. Thank you.
