For us to be able to assist you further, was there any error messages showing on the app regarding heat issue? In addition, please provide us a screenshot of what you can see on the camera view and the overall status. Thank you.

Did you remove the cam protector for the idle position? If not,then do it. The Cam protector covers up the air inlet in front of the AC and the air flow will be too slow.

Ensure to remove the gimbal protector
