I ordered a DJO Mini 2 on 4th Nov. It has not arrived yet 15th Nov.
I have noticed that you have helped expedite delivery on other threads for people who have now received their products and hope you can do the same for me.

My last tracking details on 9th Nov state "Departed facility in Dongguan" but nothng since.

I’m going to piggyback this thread as I’ve had the same issue with my mini 2. Ordered on the 5th was expecting to have it by now but order seems to have been stuck on “in transit” for ages.

Even more annoying as I could have just ordered one locally by now and it would have been here next day. My order number is 0449008578480 if someone could get in touch with me also that would be great.

As per checking you placed the order last November 7, 2020, and it is estimated to deliver 3 to 7 business days after the payment confirmation and weekends are not included. Since your order is now in the process of shipment.  please monitor 24 to 48 business hours. And as we checked it here it is estimated to deliver on November 17, 2020.

I had a message back from DHL today. If yours is in with mine there was a large shipment all bundled together from DJI. They arrived in the UK and need to take the bundle apart to identify each individual package before registering and shipping on. They told me that this may happen tomorrow.
At least they are in the UK.
