EDIT: I ordered a replacement and the 2nd unit does not have this issue.


Hi, everyone.

I just got an RSC2 and after getting it all set up, I realized there's a huge problem.

The motors aren't fully attached to the arms.  There's enough play that the motors wobble during normal usage.  


This is not the adjustment clamps.  It is the attachement between the arms and the motors themselves.


If I go from standard to flashlight or underslung mode, there's a jarring drop as the play in the connection between the arms and the motors opens up.

I'll have to return the one I got and order another.  But, I'm curious if anyone else has noticed this issue.
