Hi
I just got the OM 4 a few weeks ago, but I seem to have a problem with shaky footage when using the DJI Mino app with the OM4 and my iPhone 11.
Are there some settings I had overlooked? If I hand carry the iPhone I get much better footage with no shaking.
Hope someone can help.

For us to be able to assist you further, may I know if the issues only occur when using the DJI Mimo app and not when using the native camera app when the iPhone 11 is mounted on the gimbal? In addition, are you using the Magnetic Phone Clamp or Magnetic Ring holder?

Only while I'm using the DJI Mimo app. It looks great with the native camera app on the gimbal. I use the clamp.

In addition, were you able to isolate and check if the issue will persist upon re-installing the DJI Mimo app? Same problem with om4 and iPhone 11 Pro max.

Same problem with iphone 11 and om4. Works fine without the app, so something shaky going on with the app itself.
