In previous communications with Maggie Yang (DJI Support):
January 2020: “Windows SDK is not compatible with the Matrice 210 RTK v2 for the time being. But in the next version, we plan to make windows SDK available for Matrice 210 V2 series drone.”.
Lisa Fedane (DJI Developer Support):
March 2020: “Thank you for reaching out to DJI Developer Support and your inquiry about WSDK supporting the M210.  You can always check on the status of what is supported by navigating here: https://developer.dji.com/products/#!/windows and looking at release notes found here: https://developer.dji.com/onboard-sdk/downloads/.
As you can see, the M210 RTK V2 is not yet supported. It looks like a previous agent has mentioned that it will be in the first half of 2020, so please be patient until that time and keep in mind that due to the global corona virus pandemic, there could be some delays in this estimate.”
I have contacted again in August, but no one answered me.
At our company, we bought the M210RTKV2 mainly because we want to automatically acquire the images of the SD card from the XT2 camera using the Windows SDK. This is because we want to use the “MediaTaskManager” because we want to get the metadata for all the multimedia files and has access to each individual multimedia file: https://developer.dji.com/api-reference/windows-api/Components/MediaTaskManager.html

Please, can anyone update this?
