You would need someone who has used both to be able to answer your question.
That might be hard to find.
The Huawei M3 and M5 are both superb flying tablets, probably as good as you could find.

But if looking at the Lenovo, make sure it is the 8 plus model as the cheaper 8 model would underpreform significantly.
