Is it possible to measure the coordinates of GCP's with DRTK-2?
If yes, could somebody help with a guide flow ?

I think not, the accuracy of the D-RTK2 is not good to be a Stationary base station actually.
But i think maybe it will change. If you see in the user Manual, the operating Mode 2 that is not avivable yet will be a stationary base station ...

Yes I have seen, but it looks that is working fine with P4 RTK-It is just some code lines - I think it is not so difficult to implement

It all depends on the accuracy you want. As the D-RTK2 can not be given a correction signal then you are at the mercy of the unit alone so positional error could be a long way off. You certainly cant get cm level accuracy required for GCP's, you may as well rely on the drone GPS.

I appreciate this is an old post now. But with the taking of gcps using the P4RTK controller. Do you need the drone to be on or connected or can you just do it with the controller and d-RTK 2 station?

For Mode 3 the RC must be linked to the D-RTK 2 and not the P4R. The P4R can be off or not present at all. Contrary to some older posts here you can use NTRIP for corrections to allow RTK precision, at least in the USA. After using the D-RTK 2 in Mode 3 you'll need to re-link the RC to your aircraft in order to fly again.

Do you then enter the values collected in mode 3 into the base station and connect to p4p in mode 1 to fly the area

Can you collect gpc data with the m3e controller the same way you collect with the p4 controller?

possible but the accuracy is not precise enough, about 1.5-2M. I have tried and compare with Trimble.
once I tried with mode 2 but somehow not luck. so I use mode 5 (I have Mavic 3 M3M). Then I download every DAT (in folder uart)
