I have an issue with first step : Unfold the ronin.
I turn the lock knob to the unlock position but it's still blocked in the folded position.

Any advice ?

Hello there, please check the user guide on the unlocking gimbal .
If there are any issues on the gimbal, could you please provide any video regarding to your descriptions on the post?

The lock knob is basically a screw with a handle on it.  You have to turn it counter-clockwise to loosen it.  You can lift the handle outwards and reposition it if needed.

I was having this issue too, but it just takes a bit more force to unfold the gimbal than I initially thought it would.

Thanks Alex, that's it. I didn't want to damage the tool at first, but all fine now.
And it works amazingly !
