I just received my DJI Inspire1 Refurbished and
found a crack on the damper.

I have bought refurbished DJI Inspire before and returned it due to the same problem.
Is this bad enough to return?

I've been flying mine for 5 years with a damper missing, never had an issue.

you need to contact them back and either got the, to replace the part or send it back to them after you have spoke to them they will have to pay shipping costs and repair costs as it on them to get it back to you undamged
