Hello, there dejank. Thank you for reaching out and I'm sorry to read and to know that you are having issues regarding your DJI Mavic 2 Pro and the DJI Go 4. Please be advised that all of the original photos or videos are being saved directly on either the SD card or internal storage of the drone. In order for us to have a copy on our mobile device, we need to download it when the unit is properly connected to each other. Thank you.
