Hey everyone, I have an update regarding the RavenEye situation.

I have a 1 Blue LED and 3 White LEDs blinking and didn't manage to connect to the Ronin app. I have just received a phone call from DJI after I contacted chat support, and they told me to return the product.

Its sad to know that there is no fix for this issue. Would have loved to keep the gimbal.

If you are in the same situation, will you be returning the product, or are you waiting for the new firmware for the RavenEye? Or will you still not be able to download it if we are currently unable to connect?

Hello there, we are sorry for the issue you had with the Raveneye. We suggest you to follow the tutorial
Also, could you please tell us your camera model so we can help to test whether it is supportive with the Raveneye, and it will be helpful if you can share any video regarding to the issues?
