Hey everyone, I have an update regarding the RavenEye situation.
I have a 1 Blue LED and 3 White LEDs blinking and didn't manage to connect to the Ronin app. I have just received a phone call from DJI after I contacted chat support, and they told me to return the product.
Its sad to know that there is no fix for this issue. Would have loved to keep the gimbal.
If you are in the same situation, will you be returning the product, or are you waiting for the new firmware for the RavenEye? Or will you still not be able to download it if we are currently unable to connect?
