Lol...thanks.  I wouldn't recommend flying in 66mph winds... Based on this flight, I'm guessing 40-45 mph wind gusts is about the limit (at most the limit I'm willing to fly).  Those are conditions we wouldn't fly in anyway.  But its nice to know that this 249 gram drone would be able to handle itself in moderate to high winds.

Check this wind tunnel test. The Mini 2 failed at 42 mph.

similar conditions for me... 26mph on the surface with gusts over40. all in all, amazing stability. here is a video of a low circle with six foot radius in those conditions... wind trying to rip my pants off!  Normal mode, 720p, all gimball and camera settings at default.

Just took delivery of my first drone, think I’ve chosen well in terms of the DJI Mini 2, I’ve downloaded the UAV app and for the past 3 days it’s not been a good day for flying due to the wind gusts and precipitation. This video allows me to trim the wind gust settings with confidence for the drones ability to compete with the windy conditions we get in Scotland. Now need to get to the open areas to have my maiden flight to get used to piloting

Good test, but no way would I have put mine up to 300ft high.

Zig zagging is pretty much the same thing, the time is take to go diagonal is the same as going forward slow right?
