The Mavic Air 2 issues have been ironed out for the time being.  But I do feel like the responses to complaints have not been articulated well.

it is already a good thing, but normal because now dji concentrates more than on the MA2 and the Mini 2 more on the MM

That is the way consumer technology seems to be in this day and age.  The emphasis is on the current product line being sold and not on ensuring the older but recent products get the love they deserve.  Customer satisfaction in the long run may hurt DJI if the experience overtime with the products is negative as they fall out of cycle and do not receive support and updates which work.

I agree with you things are changing but I made my choice for dji for their follow-up on their products but it is finally a cold shower for me and surely for others I think, it will be seen the new policy dji for my case at least the first drone of the brand and the last, today other brand which are able to compete and even exceed DJI at equivalent or lower prices and which do not (at least not again) this attitude
