-When is a shot or clip for YOU cinematic?
-What YOU think makes the different from a normal clip to a cinematic clip ?

Cinematic is a 'widely' used word, but usually it has little value as the shots look nice, but fail to tell a story.
Having said that, usually it is used when footage has a slow, 'dramatic' feel.
Some shots don't really qualify for that. (0:46 for example, that pan is too fast)
But others do!

"Cinematic" to me means slow, smooth, dramatic movement. I also enjoy having the video timed to the beat. Of course, everyone has their own liking, but my two cents. Great shots by the way, i just dont like some of the transitions and its just a little too fast for my liking. Wonderful footage though!

Not quite as clear to say when recordings are cinematic and when they are just strung together clips. For me, cinematic is something like a promotional video for a country or landscape, with many different sights from different perspectives, but only for a few seconds (1-5 s). Many impressions in a short time without it appearing hectic. Not from me, but here's one of the best videos I've ever seen. Main footage goes to 4:38. Extra awesome ... the integration of the music into the scene ... from 4:01 onwards, a new scene appears with every beat of the music (piano)

Thank you for your comment, yeah i think also,that the video should fit to the audio beats (transitions+trim) unfortunately it can get sometimes a little bit tricky.......specially when you do all video editing only on a small phone, like me...... dont have another possibility.....

Yes, a little bit more professional ;-) If you can do something like that in 1 day, you have to be able to do magic. If it were that easy, every video would be a great one and everyone could do it, youtube would be full of great cinematic videos. Furthermore, I find constructive criticism much more useful than thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. In your case: more suitable, softer music, more clips, more objects (90% of the time you can only see dunes), less time per clip, smoother pans.

I have a video I consider as cinematic but I'm not sure if I'm right or not
