I would like to know if the CrystalSky would allow me to connect my dron live feed into a video switcher?

I use to have the HTML module in a Phantom 4 pro, but Phantom 4 pro v2 doesnt have one. I read on a forum that the CrystalSky has an 1080p html output, is this correct?

     Well, this is an interesting one!  I know that my CrystalSky High Brightness does have a 1080p output and that is also expected on the CrystalSky Ultra.  (Do be aware that the CrystalSky Ultra may have a problem due to over-heating.)

     It appears that the old HTML module on your P4 Pro was possibly an add-on and may not be original equipment.  Unless you had a P4 Pro "Plus", there was no stock HDMI port (built-in).  Try check!

     Now, I do not know how your equipment comes together, but, the P4 Pro and the CrystalSky do not operate with the same OcuSync transmission system as does the P4 Pro V2.  There are many questions to your post.
