Hi everyone!
I own a Phantom 3 Professional. I updated the last firmware (1.11.20) and I can't link my Phantom with the remote controller.
I tried 'Linking RC' in the DJI GO app and I tried pressing C1+C2+recording button+dial so the remote reboots (59 seconds) and when I press the link button from the drone with a needle, the red light doesn't appear. Phantom LED's are green (x2) during the process and not yellow. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

For us to isolate and check, what is the color of the status indicator of the remote? In addition, was the firmware of the remote also up to date? Thank you.

                                    Hello Gamora! Thanks for your reply! The color of the status indicator of the remote is red. I can't see the latest firmare of the remote but I asume it is the last one, since it says:
Over Status: Normal (Latest firmware) in the DJI GO App. (I can connect the app with the remote)

Hola Jetsam! Voy a volver a probar a formatear la SD y a volver a actualizar el firmware. La imagen veo que pertenece al Phantom 3 Standard y no al Professional

Acabo de probar a actualizar el último firmware (1.11.20) con SD formateada y me sale esto

Version of the remote controller is v.1.9.3

One question I always ask is "why did you update the firm in the first place, did you have a problem?"

No, but I thought the drone would run better. If I knew that, I would have tought about it twice

Oh Dear.
Here is a link to the Phantom Pilots forum and many firmware failures which you can browse through and hopefully find some answers. The top one looks promising.....

Hey, I seem to have a similar problem. I have a p3 pro that I haven’t flown in the last couple of years. I tried way back when to get the issue fixed and pretty much just gave up on it. I replaced the rc as the old one got damaged. I cannot seem to link the rc and the drone. The drone flickers yellow so it is not connected, the rc has solid red. When i use the app or try the c button trick the rc light goes blue, i press the reset next to the the gimbal, but it always just times out. Anything i should try? I have also reversed all the firmware to older versions, i have tried them all.
