Moved from firmware and software.

Hi,  new flyer here.  New Mini 2 flying and getting good video and still pics.  Trouble is the phone ( Galaxy s9)wont connect to the drone for the quick transfer function.  1. I cant get past selecting device to use with dji fly.  2.  next message says something came up.  App has cancelled request to choose device.  Any clues or help appreciated

I had the same problem trying to connect the Mini 2 to my OnePlus 6. After many failed attempts I enabled the open wi-fi network notifications, and it then worked at first attempt! Give it a try!

Yes, both blue tooth and wifi enabled

Strange one - clearly something to do with the phone

Phone is working perfectly when flying the drone and recording cache.  Just cant connect for quick transfer

Thanks for replying.  Yes I have seen that video, but I can't get past the point where it asks to connect to the drone.  I don't see any request to join a network  which is shown in the video.

same problem, as soon as I enter the application with the drone in quick transfer mode, the application tells me that I can connect to the drone but I do not receive any notification requesting connection to the "wifi mini 2" after pressing connect and after 15 seconds I go in error because it does not find it ... this function worked for me only at the first start .... then nothing more

Hello everyone,  does anyone know why my mini 2 requests a password when connenctng with the smartphone (pairing mode) and where I can find it? I checked in the battery compartment but there's just the drone id and it doesn't work as a password...any suggestion? I opened wifi and Bluetooth also but nothing I definitely need a password.

Same prob. Wifi and bluetooth are ON. I get prompted to join though... but once i click join, doesnt connect.

Hello, I have the similar problem, only once i can connect to dron via quick transfer. Second time no possible to push the "Connect" button in the dialog of connection. I'm tring 3 different android phone with Android 10 the same problem.

I have the same problem on my OnePlus 5T. I somehow got connected to quick transfer one single time but I am not sure what I did do different back then :')

I have the same problem with a Galaxy S10 plus. Impossible to connect the phone in quick transfer mode.

Hi, same problem here. Huawei MATE 10 PRO.

Recently changed from Galaxy S9 to S20 and was able to connect without problem.  Can't explain why.
