Im a little confused.  I have a 256gb SD Card and no matter if I use 4k 60fps or 4k 25fps the memory card capacity is used the same 5hr 40min.  This would indicate that some compression is going on more with the 4k 60fps than 4k 25fps?

60fps needs the H265 codec to store that data rather than h264 which would be used at 25fps but it more compatible with devices.

That would kind of make sence, but what don't is the storage capacity is exact same amount to  time so I can only assume something else is going on under the hood. 5hr 40min is the same where as there is a 35fps difference between the two frame rates, whats the chances of the footage both equal to 5hr 40min exact?

Before that, could you share with us sample files taken on both 4K 60fps and 4K 25fps with at least 2 minutes in length. It is suggested to take both videos in the same location. Both have a 100Mbs bitrate so will take up the exact same space on the card and yes that does mean there is more data per frame at lower frame rates. There's a chart somewhere with all the bitrates but I'd need to Google to find it again.
