I received my P3P in the mail from amain.com and it was packaged perfectly. When I opened the box and started pulling the stuff out, I noticed that the gimbal support had become dislodged during shipping. There does not appear to be any damage, but would you be concerned?

Also, I shot some 4K video and when I play it back on my computer (Dell 6430U w/I7, 8GB RAM, SSD) it is very jerky and has a lot of artifacts. I am playing it back using VLC Player (.mv format). I did notice the CPU gets pegged to like 70+%. Maybe the hardawre of the machine can't handle it?

In the Dji Pilot app, the video plays well from the cached videos page.

What should I use to playback the 4K?

Also, the 1080P is perfect @ 60FPS, so not sure...

The gimbal clamps were not secure on any shipped it looks like. Mine also fell off. It didn't seem to hurt anything. I also have had problems finding something that will play 4k film.  I have some pretty meaty computers with lots of memory that stutter some.

Glad to know I am not the only one. Like I said the 1080P is AMAZING!! So I doubt there is an issue with camera.

All in all I love this little thing!

Unless you have the proper hardware and software, it's not likely you will get good playback at 4k .Probably means new video card and monitor for a pc,

Mine plays 4k in windows media player. I don't have a 4k display either.

You might just need a codec pack and not windows 8.1. 8.1 isn't the best OS ya know.
