PS, how do you find the 20% beep?
Hendrik stated it is not something you can change in the app to (for example) 15% or so.

Good reminder to get the drone back down on the pad asap - but it is loud! Shame you can't turn it down a bit.

It feels like a bit early.
If you fly close by (which you should right?)
I set it to 7% on my MP because I did not like the sound (almost like something was about to explode ) and made sure myself I was back on time by watching the remaining flight time. .

I think it's designed for noobs who don't read manuals, have no idea about batteries and probably do their first flight in the middle of a city not knowing any laws lol The bleep will scare them into landing - which is a good thing

I totally agree.
I did assume you could change it, but apparently it is not (yet) possible.

I always aim to land at 15-20% so changing it to 15% would be nice or least a volume control

Same here.
Or I have to be really close and just want one more shot.
In that case I fly to about 10%
But I really did not like the beep.
Everybody looked like 'wow, what are YOU doing?'

It's always tempting to take the battery down but I always hold back, land and put a fresh battery in to capture it though there have been times I go down to 10% for something that a another flight can't capture such as a sunset

I used to do it like that, but I realized I missed at least 15 minutes of good flight time like this.
(3x5 minutes)
And I wanted to use it to the max because there was a lot to capture!

Definitely more inclined to stretch the battery with one or two in the bag

It does depend on what I'm shooting, but when I'm not done, I'd rather fly to 7% and be finished than having to fly back, change batt and take off.
I like to have a full battery for every flight, so with the FMC I can have 3 flights.
But if I can't finish my shot 'list' I lose 1 flight option.

I love this drone I have to say but it's your money mate and with a Mini 1 and MA2 already in the bag it may be one to pass on unless you are selling

You're welcome.  I gave the Mini 1 to my grandson.  I might go ahead and get the Mini 2 and if a Mavic 3 Pro or Zoom comes out with great specs I'll go ahead and move up from MA2 to that.  I'm sure my grandson will not mind adding a Mini2 or MA2 to his new collection of drones, courtesy of me of course.  LOL.
