After the update of M2ED fw 01.0800 and DJI Pilot 1.9.0, the selectable options for the thermal camera are not assigned and do not work from the 5 D buttons. Anyone have a similar problem?

I am using Mavic 2 enterprise for thermal data capture in solar power panels, the image is blurred and not clear where as the visual camera's images are very clear. I am flying at 2m/s and 20m altitude, 5.5 GSD with 640 X 480 resolution.

It's normal. The IR camera is 160x120 px. For greater sharpness, use mixed mode MSX and adjust the docking between the IR and the visual camera for the altitude at which you are flying.

I m using a Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual and I cannot save a video with MSX while flying in Visible mode. I m always used this resource in previous version of firmware but in last version  the only way to record in MSX it´s flying in MSX but this way compromises the safety of the operation    previous version ( DJI Pilot 1.6.1 and Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual 01.01.0700) -> everything OK Last version (DJI Pilot 1.9.0 and Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual 01.01.0800) -> can't record in the background MSX while flying in visible  Flying in visible and record in MSX it´s a basic requirement for my business. For now I´ve chosen to stay operation in previous version but i would ike to keep me updated. please help me  to find a solution ...

I fly on M2ED with Pilot 1.9 and fw.1.800, in MSX mode it records both videos in MSX and Visual. Try to in HD resolution 1920x1080. I have no problems with the recording.Maybe you can do the update again, and fw 01.800 and Pilot 1.9. Good luck!
PS Also check the version of the RC controller fw01.0430 !!
