Hi everybody.... i have a M300 RTK with a H20T.... I'd flown several times in different places..... and I have a problem.... my m300 with smart controller cant reach long distances....

There are no interfereces.... antenas....electromagnetic situations.... I'd tried in different places and open fields...

I reach eith other drones more distances in excatly same places.... for example with PH4.... with mavic pro...mavic 2 enterprice ...etc.... but with the m300 my limit is almost 4km.... at 300m high....

could anyone give me a solution? any firmware? the m300 has the latest firmware .... up to date....

I think it could be a problem in the RC..... or in the drone....

Would like to hear the response from DJI regarding this. I’m needing to get as near as 8km as possible and this is very worrying to hear.

Hello. I too own the M300 with H20T with firmwares all being up to date and have zero issues flying more 2.5 miles from the controller and I’m under your 300 ft as well, more like 200 ft.  Now I am flying from an area where I’m on a hill with no interference whatsoever. You may want to send in your drone for maintenance. You have to select which maintenance service you want. I’d go for the one where they inspect the entire drone, inside and out. This drone should be able to travel further than any other drone you own.

Check the controller that distance max hasn't been set to on, it was on by default on our new M300.

It was in Argentine. I tried in different places. The problem is that DJI specs says 15km in FCC mode.... well....i cant reach only 4km.....

its seems to be a Technic internal problem from de drone or the controller....

Thanks my friend..... but those things are in my checklist procedures and its the fisrt that i had checked.

does Argentinia follow FCC or EU settings? looks to me like this or some hardware quality issue.  signals can be measured also...

thanks. Here we follow FFC normatives for radio communication.

Did you manage to solve the issue? We are experiencing the same with signal drops at 3km and even with 2 controllers, which somehow makes it even worse..

We have been struggling at 3km but low level due to the nature of what we're inspecting.
