I accidentaly dropped my Osmo Mobile 3. As a precaution, I wanted to check if my DJI OM3 is okay or not after the drop but I don't know what to check on.

How durable is the DJI Osmo Mobile 3? What to check after accidentaly dropped the DJI Osmo Mobile 3?

Already tried the Live Chat but the customer service rep was not equipped to answer my question.

Unfortunately, we don't have an official durability test for the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 but as a common suggestion, we recommend that you check if there are any cracks in the device especially in the gimbal motors. It is best to test your DJI Osmo Mobile 3 by using all the functions and performing a quick Gimbal Auto-Calibration to check whether it will detect anything. Hope this information helps.

I would say the proof would be in using it, does it behave as expected.

Bare minimum run a calibration and make sure it completes ok.

Do some test shots and see how you get on.

You can specifically check for the Pan, Tilt, and Roll motors.
