If you live in the UK you should seriously look into EASA implications for the MA2, as for my Mini 2 I’m looking forward to taking off from my garden 31st December

Thank you and fly safe always.

Personally I have all 3: Mini, Mini 2, and MA2. To me the MA2 is by far the winner just because of the superior performance. For me it is easily worth double the price. I do not care in the least how much they weigh. As a matter of fact, the more they weigh, the better for stability in higher winds as far as I am concerned as long as the flight time is the same. Obstacle avoidance and active tracking are also what I want. That is because I am more interested in action video than "travelog".
Now as for the Mini 2, it is very much superior to the original Mini and for just about $50 more. It's a great buy.

As of now, MM2 is (in my opinion) the most easy way to get flying.

MA2 in Europe will be classified into the legacy category and will be restricted where you can fly.
