Hello! I have a Mavic mini (the original, not the new one that just came out) and I am looking into getting a new iphone. I was thinking about the Iphone 12 but I want to make sure that the Iphone 12 is compatible with the original mavic mini. I emailed DJI support and they did not include the Iphone 12 on the list of compatible devices but other places online have said you can use an Iphone 12 to fly a mavic mini. Does anyone have any input on this? I'd love to hear it. I do not want to buy a phone and have it not work with my drone controller. Thanks!

I know I have seen a few posts about the Mini and original Mavic working on iPhone 12. I think DJI hasn't fully tested it yet so they aren't listing it as a recommended device. You might want to post this question in the Product section as it has a lot more viewers than this section.

With the newer iPhones you should be good.
But you might be better off posting your question in the 'products' section of this forum.
That is way more active.

You should be fine,  Im flying M2P with iPhone 12 Pro Max and its working fine.  DJI are very slow to include new phones on the list.

I use the Fly app with my iPhone 12 Pro Max - no issues at all

The Mavic Mini needs at least iOS 10.  iphone 12 runs on 14.2 and will ofcourse work.

iOS 11 to the current 12.4 OS will work for the Mini.
