Hello All,

Good news for us Crystal Sky users. Litchi just released the supported version of the software that works on the Mavic Mini. This is the Mavic Mini 1 only and as soon as DJI releases the SDK for the Mini 2, Litchi will work on that drone also.

Dronelink will also work with the Crystal Sky and also supports the Mavic Mini 1.

Thanksfully we have two third party vendors that are supporting us. It's a real shame the the creator of the Crystal Sky did not think much of it's customer base to support their own unit.

DJI, you need to get your act together.

Hi, jazzyjeff. Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the inconvenience. The DJI Flywas developed based on the 64-bit platform. The minimum request for an installation environment as below:
1. Requires Android 6.0 or above.
2. Available RAM is 2GB and above.
3. Supporting ArmV8 64-bit architecture. (64-bit processor)

As Crystalsky adopted a 32-bit sensor, meaning it's not compatible with DJI Fly anymore and we suggest using a mobile device instead if you have one in which supports the DJI Fly. Unfortunately, there is no confirmed plan to support a 32-bit Android device as of the time being but we'll have your feedback relayed to our engineers.

Your kind understanding is appreciated and thank you for your continued support.

Gamora,

Unfortunately this is the old story with you guys. You bring out a product and stop supporting it. There is no reason that you could not have incorporated these new drones into the DJI Go 4 package but that's like I said an old story.

You consistently bring out the canned responses instead of supporting your products like they should be.

We Crystal Sky users spent a lot of money on these tablets which you still sell in your store.

You guys make a good product but unfortunately your Customer Service is awful.

What is most pathetic is that we as a group must resort to supporting the product ourselves as well as third party vendors who somehow make your products work well with their 32 bit programs.

So we continue to offer solutions that allow us to work with our DJI products. We have to do it because you guys just don't.

I can confirm Litchi works well with the Mavic Mini on the CS

The CS has a new lease of life thanks to Litchi and no thanks to DJI

Iannes,

All we need now is for Litchi to make its app work with the MA2 and MM2 when the  Sdk’s are released.

Don’t understand what DJI are doing if Litchi can  make it work !!!!!!

DJI is not doing anything. Once you buy the thing you get like a couple of months of support until the next latest and greatest product comes out and then you are toast. Goodbye support, hello canned messages!
