Hello everyone, just got back from Florida and it's happened to me...

I still have my DJI care refresh active, only problem that drone crashed to pond with alligators... Of cource I was not able to get it back, and have nothing to send for replacement.
I am out of luck? Maybe at least DJI can give me coupon or just sell drone, since I have all accessories and extra batteries.

Care refresh requires you to be able to send the carcass back to them. Without that, they won’t be able to send you a replacement.  

Current price is now $359 anywhere for the new kit. Going price on eBay is about $270 for new drone only.

That took some brass b...s.  Don't think he will walk his dog alongside that pond anymore.

Sorry to hear about your loss.  I don't think DJI will relplace without you sending in the crashed drone.  In this case best to just try and find somebody selling their MM.
