I attached the tripod mount and now want to change it to the do it all handle but the tripod mount won’t come off

I saw a video... hold with the screen facing up, then push/pull with a bending force down. Sort of twisting it down.
Or, if you have a tripod or something with a 1/4 20 thread, screw it in and use it to help pull it out.

Yeah I know, I saw a video too but I tried that and it doens't come off at all.
I don't know how strong you need to be to actually managed to do it. It is slightly moving but just slightly for 1mm or so that's it

They screw it up this mount. Really shocking  compared to how Dji products are polished in every detail normally

I find that the one on mine is a little tight, but a firm grip on the main body, then a pinching and gentle rocking of the mount eases it off. It does need a good grip however.

I came with a simple solution here... 8 ... at 18:35 also you can remove it easily while attached to the tripod or mount...

Yes, I already tried to remove it with the tripod on - to no avail

I recommend using a little strip of that grippy rubber mesh stuff which is sold for lining drawers etc, in order to get a better grip on it without risk of damage.

I think the grip was good.

I finally anaged to take it off using a screw that fit the mount tripod hole.

But really the mount is screwed up. No one should resolve to any other mean than just pulling the mount off the Osmo.

Ah, I messaged DJI support about it so got some advice from them.

I found that I can remove it by attaching a small tripod (not the one that comes with the creator combo) to the mount, and pull the mount off by "bending" toward the "back" of the Pocket 2, away from the screen side.  After a few attach/detach attempts, things are loose enough that I can now detach by hand.

The combo tripod didn't work and I didn't have any other so found a screw in my toolbox

I had same issue when tried the tripod mount for the 1st time.
But solved it by rocking the mount from front to back by holding it with thumb and index finger several time

Come back and tell us about the attaching and detaching of the Do-It-All handle

Come back and tell us about the attaching and detaching of the Do-It-All handle

The Do-it-All handle attaches to the pocket 2 differently.  It has a release lever.  It is much easier to detach in comparison.
