I have ordered the thumb controller from DJI for my Ronin-M. Sent payment two weeks ago and no response from DJI at despite several email attempts to follow up on the status.

Has anyone else gotten their thumb controller yet? Can anyone from DJI update me on the status of this.

Same here, we're ready to use it like yesterday, some ETA would be very helpful.

Is it still in development, testing, manufacturing...

Still waiting- got a tracking number that a label has been created, yet no shipping updates.

I ordered mine from DJI.com.  Got a shipping slip on the first, package moved to hong kong by the 3rd, so they are shipping. It just takes a really long time from China. FYI - the mods on this forum aren't responsible for order tracking. They are here to help troubleshoot and answer basic questions.  As an American I feel spoiled by our level of customer support in the US, so I get impatient when other services run counter to what I have experienced in the past.

mines otw from dji direct fedex arrives in ca tuesday

Mine just arrived today. Seems to work perfectly, no issues.

Yes, go to menu->channel-->mapping to set
