Hi all,

I have the following problem with the mavic air.


When it is hanging still in the air (wind still conditions) it moves alot. From left to right but also downwards/upwards.

Im running the latest firmware version 1.00.0620.


Things I tried:

• Replace the propellors with new onces.
• IMU calibration
• GPS calibration (when it asks)
• Calibrating vision systems with the DJI Assistant 2 application
  

None of the above did help unfortuanatly... If you guys have any thoughts what could be the problem or fixes I could try let me know!

Hover accurancy is depending on how many satellites are received and their reception.

I do not see too much horizontal movement to be honest, height doesn`t change in your video.

GPS calibration ??  or do you mean compass calibration?

PS the specs for the Mavic Air are not online anymore, but for the MA2 the horizontal hover stability = ±1.5 m (with GPS positioning)

Will do that, but I'll need to make a new flight tomorrow (I've just been resetting my phone, so these logs are wiped).

Before this issue happened on your DJI Mavic Air, was there a hard landing or a crash that happened before and can you please try to calibrate the remote controller of the said DJI drone as well for us to be able to isolate the said issue? Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.

Hi Martijn,

I do not see anything really wrong in your video and flightlog.
After takeoff if it steady within limits, so take your drone out to a field and start to make nice videos.
