I went out today to fly my Phantom 2, and after turning on the battery, the forward red lights blinked then went out, and never came back on. Also 3 of the 4 motors will not rotate now. Any idea whats wrong with my Phantom 2?

Based on your problem description, there must one of hardwares within Phantom 2 did not work to cause the forward red lights blinked then went out and 3 of the 4 motors will not rotate. My suggestion is sending your Phantom 2 to the service center nearest you and let the professional staff to check carefullly and fix it for you.

My right front red led blinked and also went out.
The motor on that arm is also spinning slower than the rest
I have replaced the ESC and the lights are fine now, but the motor is still spinning slower than the rest
Do I replace the motor next?
