Mini 2 signal and disconnection problems

I am a new pilot, the mini 2 in the city only reaches 600 M and on the beach from 800 to 1200 meters until it is disconnected, is this normal?  The manual says something else I feel cheated that the pilots recommend me?  I am concerned about the maximum range that is not what DJI sells in their advertising

Thanks for asking yes i tried more than 30 flight and the problem its the same in different areas .

The results have nothing to do with the range it says in the Manual, please I want to return the defective product and to Amazon but I am worried that the DJI care refresh is already paid and I don't want to lose that money for a product that has a defect

That's unfortunate to know that the same problem persists. At this point, what we can help and suggest is to have it returned to our Service Center to have your unit inspected and look for any defects. You can open a ticket by reaching directly our Customer Support. Regarding return and refund, we recommend reaching out to your dealer to help you with this. Should you have concerns about the DJI Care Refresh, it is suggested to immediately reach our DJI Care Department via email at djicare@dji.com
