Hey everyone,
I unfortunately arrived at the situation when i need to use my care refresh option as i managed to crash my drone. I've been trying to get this done for the past couple of days but the online repair request form is not working for me (showing internal error 500 when uploading my purchase invoice) and the online support appears to not be working, i tried it late at night, in the morning, at noon, no dice. I keep getting the message below. Any idea how to get this process started?
