Hi,

I have a new mini 2, removed the old dji fly app from my mobile (op7t) and re installed.
I updated the firmware version of the drone and all 3 batteries (combo).
I have 30224 issue, but the dji app state my version is up to date, even it's shownig 1.00.000

Can anyone help?

can't use my new drone

I just got my brand new drone home had it in the air for less then 3 minutes landed and now I'm having the same issue. Everything is up to date but doesn't pass the preflight inspection. Does anyone know anything?

I had the same with my new MM1.

After the first flight OKE, next flight not possible due to this error message.

In re-installed, via the computer, the drone firmware. ANd yes, firmware was up to date!

It is flying again!

Hi guys, thanks for the tips! I' having the same issue, the new aircraft won't connect to the previous controller after I've updated the app. I'd need to reinstall firmware via the computer I guess.

I have the same problem and DJI don't have an answer for me.  Dis you get it sorted?

It was "fixed" on the next update for me...
But it is a big issue and the lack of support from DJI is upsetting!

Computer = Assistant =  Firmware Update.
Also as a standard: make sure you have latest DJI Fly APP on phone, I made all updates first for App and then for firmware, never had an issue, no matter of connection by Wifi or 4G from phone or if had a SD card in drone.
Just make sure if you get one error to uninstall DJI Fly, DELETE THE DJI FOLDER from phone manually, then reinstall it on clean...A lot of bugs are provided from remaining caches and old files.

If you had, you would have know that dji assistant 2is not supporting mini2, so can't update firmware via pc

Use the "Assistant 2 for consumer drones" and put the remote RC-N1 on cable at computer, start it.
Will get a FIRMWARE UPDATE or FIRMWARE Refresh.
After this, start the update procedure for Mini 2 as standard on manual.
And stop "guessing"...In profile you don't get a drone without activating it...

Update the remote with Assistant, how many times do I need to write?
The drone is updated via Dji Fly from phone Trough remote. This is why I told you to update the remote.
My last post here, waisting my time with rookies.

When I had this issue, I tried your way... Didn't work, I had to wait to the next update.
Updating the remote didn't helped.

Stop wasting your time with rookies and go film the sunrise... According to your attitude, it should come out right when you are standing up...

I had a freak accidentally on purpose wreck of my mini 2. Replaced frame and casing as well as gimbal and ribbon cable. All powers up but no visual and says no gps signal. HELP PLEASE
