Hi all, I have the original osmo pocket and can't find much information about connecting an external usb mic? I have one with a standard usb lead, i've tried using a usb c male to usb female adapter but it doesn't pick it up? Is there some sort of hardware limitation with the sound that won't accept USB? what are the options here? this camera will only take a mic with USB-C or 3.5mm (used with official adpater)?

For you to be able to connect a microphone on your DJI Osmo Pocket you will be needing a Osmo Pocket 3.5mm Adapter. The Osmo Pocket 3.5mm Adapter allows the user to plug in an external 3.5mm microphone into Osmo Pocket for higher-quality sound recording. Itis also recommended to use audio-technica atr-6550, Rode VideoMic Pro, Rode VideoMicro, Azden sgm-990, Sennheiser MKE400, Sony ecm-ds70p, DJI fm-15 FlexiMic and other mainstream brands with 3.5mm microphones.
