My question is whether it is possible to use the OM4 without the mimo app.
Can I just film with the OM4 using the stabilization of the OM4. I also have a Note S20 Ultra and still want to use it on the OM4.

Yes you can use it just to stabilise, if you want more control have a look at Filmicpro.

In addition, DJI suggest to use the DJI Mimo application when operating your DJI OM4  for you to be able to utilize the intelligent features of the said gimbal. Thank you.

Hi Stephen, I will soon have to choose which software works best with my Galaxy note S20 ultra and the OM4. Is this Filmicpro or Mimo, of course I hope that the Mimo app works together with my S20 Ultra, but if that is not the case then I have to switch to Filmicpro.

Mavis is a good free alternative.

Mavic is a video recording app, that the BBC was recommending to their journalists,  they have a free version in the App Store.

The website link you provide is from 2015. Are you sure this is in the Google Play Store?
