Good morning. I sent my Phantom 4 Pro v2 in for service under my dji care refresh warranty. it expired a day or 2 after. how can i renew or purchase the refresh or refresh plus for the device without making a video while the Drone is being repaired?

Hi there, each product is eligible only once for DJI Care Refresh and DJI Care Refresh +.
DJI Care Refresh + can only be bound to a product meeting the following criteria:
1.DJI Care Refresh has not expired.
2.DJI Care Refresh has at least one product replacement left.

So if your DJI Care Refresh has been expired, you are unable to renew it or purchase the DJI Care Refresh+. Thanks for your kind understanding.
