Cant connect to remote, the 4 white lights still flashing  all the time.

Try it with samsung s20 and ipad , same thing , nothing ???

Can it be the usb-c connector on the remote??

You need to relink the remote to the drone after doing a firmware restore more than likely.  Here is a video of how to do it:

I did that and it still doesnt work , i contacted DJI support , Ive read somewhere there is alot of remote that they have that problem
