The right button on my control stick for the Pocket 2 stopped working suddenly. I've only had the Pocket 2 for one day :/
I included a video for reference.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, sammygon21. We're sorry to read about the difficulties you're experiencing. Please unmount and mount back the Control Stick then test whether the same problem persists. Performing a quick restart might also help. Kindly check also whether your DJI Pocket 2 is updated to v01.01.00.30.

I proceeded to unmount and mount back the mini control stick and the problem persisted. A quick restart also didn’t fix the issue.

Firmware is up to date.

Did everything and the problem didn’t go away. Firmware was up to date.

Hi. I’ve been waiting for a response from DJI Technical Support, specifically from Mae.

It’s been 5 days and I haven’t received a reply.

An update:

DJI did offer me to send it for a checkup. They told me to send the whole unit so they could determine if it was the Mini Control Stick or the Pocket 2 itself. I had already bought a Mini Control Stick and was waiting for it to arrive since it was on Backorder. It finally arrived. I tested it with the new Control Stick and everything works fine now.

My opinion: If you have problems with the Mini Control Stick, it most probably is the control stick that's faulty and not the pocket 2.
