Problem/Faulty Right button on Control Stick

The right button on my control stick for the Pocket 2 stopped working suddenly. I've only had the Pocket 2 for one day :/
I included a video for reference.

Any help is appreciated.

Appreciate your reply.

I proceeded to unmount and mount back the mini control stick and the problem persisted. A quick restart also didn’t fix the issue.

Firmware is up to date.

Hi. Not sure if I replied correctly, but here it is.

Did everything and the problem didn’t go away. Firmware was up to date.

Hi. I’ve been waiting for a response from DJI Technical Support, specifically from Mae.

It’s been 5 days and I haven’t received a reply.

An update:

DJI did offer me to send it for a checkup. They told me to send the whole unit so they could determine if it was the Mini Control Stick or the Pocket 2 itself. I had already bought a Mini Control Stick and was waiting for it to arrive since it was on Backorder. It finally arrived. I tested it with the new Control Stick and everything works fine now.

My opinion: If you have problems with the Mini Control Stick, it most probably is the control stick that's faulty and not the pocket 2.
