I could not view the camera in my rc. I am using P3 Advanced. My problem started when my RC is displaying only P3 Professional. Kindly help

May we know what is the model of the mobile device you are using please and can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go application for us to be able to isloate the said issue. Please be advised that before you uninstall the DJI Go application on the said mobile device, kindly please back up your important shots saved on the DJI Go 4 application and sync the flight records as well. Thank you.

When you first open the App it usually defaults to the INSPIRE drone.

Put your finger on this image and slide to the left until you come to the PHANTOM drone.



Tap on the drop-down menu arrow and then tap on the ADVANCED drone.
