I always wondered how to do this with zoom lenses (I have sold mine some years ago because I love my primes too much, but still wondered)

I must adit I like my Prime Lens too so I will do a few on those as well

For video I would normally want a 24-120 or so, but for stills the image quality was just not enough for me.
Also I did not like the total weight of the DSLR + zoom lens.
It was too much to carry around for me.
So I sold it after 1 year of trying if it would fit my way of 'working'
