My first ever gimbal !!!! having trouble gettign the zoom roll to work with a sony A7iii .

what am i doing wrong am i going mad!!!

just get this operation or setting not available as follows

zoom setting ( greyed out )

optical zoom only

so how does that work??

tried both prime and zoom lens and get them on both
