while pluged into the DJI charge block when i turn on the controller i get the message

Current charging speed slow. Please use the charger that comes with the device for a faster charging speed.

Im using the charging block that came with the charger is the charging block bad? or is there an issue with the SC.

It sounds like a bad block or cable.  Try another one.

Try using a different Micro-USB cable with a different charging block and not the built in USB port in the charger.

Please make sure to use the included Communication Cable (USB 3.0 Type-C) to charge the Smart Remote Controller. It is also suggested to use an FCC/CE certified USB power adapter with a 12V/2A rating to charge the Smart Controller.
