I have been attempting to activate the T16 Battery charger in order to charge our batteries.  In doing so I get a user error that reads "This account has not been registered on the DJI Agricultural Management Platform.  Please contact you platform administrator.   Having read a few of the other forum posts I have tried to exit and re-log into my RC, but still get the message.  Also the RC and management platform only gives me the option to view the records.  I dont seem to be at the Main Page.  Could safari be the issue?  


I think I still need to set up teams, etc.  


Any Idea's on how to get me going would be great.

I've had mixed results reaching out to support, but have you tried the Agras Support Team email?  support.agras@dji.com

Also, assuming you have a "useful" dealer they can get MUCH better response rates from DJI support.  Our original dealer was mostly useless, but we've had great results working with Agri Spray Drones (from YouTube).  Granted, because we didn't buy our T30's from them we pay them a reasonable rate for support, but their folks are amazing!
