I had a problem with My DJI Ronin after I turned it on, basically I turn on the battery but nothing happens. The motors do not turn on and it does not engage or get stiff. The black T-piece wires when I touch them at the bottom the Ronin motors then turn on and it sends the Ronin spinning, it spins extremely fast and if I push or touch the wires again it will start spinning or turn on it’s axis in another direction. I believe there maybe a fault with the wires so I have ordered a new of T piece cable kit but I was wondering if you guys have any insight for me? Also when I turned on the battery it wont connect via bluetooth either, only once I play around with the wires will it show up on bluetooth and connect but it does not appear to successful sent setting to the ronin or even calibrate. I heard the tech support on DJI's side is horrible so coming to the community for this one. Since my motors only start to make a noise and turn on when I touch the T piece wires one could only think there is a broken connection in there. I took the cables out to check over them but could not find any breaks, one thing I did find once I opened up the black cables outter rubber casing to reveal all the smaller coloured wires was white powder substance like chalk, there was white powder inside the black casing housing all the smaller wires.
I have taken out my cables and ordered a new set but any help would be great guys!
