I had a little extra time while working at this building, and was able to capture some aerial images before the clouds moved back in and covered the sun again.

A bit short, but nice and slow.

Thanks, Montfrooij.  I was running low on battery, and trying to stretch my opportunity. I'm also working on making movements smooth, so sometimes appears slow.

Slow is usually good!
(for me at least)
My advice would be to avoid a panning motion (just rotate the drone).
This usually does not look very 'cinematic'.
I have made a video on movement with drones.

No, it's been around for a while. Some of the roofs are newer, though, giving the impression of a new building.

Fortunately the heliport at this facility is not very active. There is another hospital on the other side of town where I had to work around their more active heliport, it was certainly trickier.

Another off-topic reply.... :-)   
Ours is located in a state capital city.  We had problems with news helicopters from media in other cities flying in to our port, unauthorized.  Because we are only a few blocks from the capital (airport was about 5 miles) and they could avoid landing fees by using ours -again, unauthorized;  they would use a "drop and scatter" technique.  That's where the news reader and camera operator would exit the chopper ( pad was located on top of a parking ramp) scurry down the stairs to a waiting Cab, and head to the Capital.  Finally, after dozens of warnings, had to get the FAA involved.
