I have a Mavic 2 pro. I have used up my two replacements in DJI care refresh. I kind of like it. Can I buy a refresh Plus?

Hi, there Loct. Thank you for your inquiry. Kindly take note DJI Care Refresh + can be purchased if:

1) DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) has already been purchased.
2) DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) has not yet expired.
3) There is at least one product replacement left under DJI Care Refresh

DJI Care Refresh + may be different in different supported regions or countries. You can check the details on the DJI Online Store.

Hello there, thank you for your reply, I'm sorry to say that in order for us to avail of the DJI Care refresh plus, we also need to have at least 1 replacement feature left on the DJI Care refresh plan. If the replacement feature was already been used up, we can no longer avail of the DJI Care refresh plus. You may kindly refer to the photo below, thank you.
