Yep, too many people rely on the sensors to pick up everything, but as been said over and over, the sensors have trouble picking up small branches without leaves and wires. so not really an object avoidance failure, more a failure of understanding the limitations of the sensors.

Master Airscrew - as Suren noticed.

They are quieter than the  factory props, and I like orange.  

Thanks everyone for your input, I was surprised; I'd had it avoid branches like that many times before. All in all, no harm to the drone or me

Saw that branch coming up and thought...an Ouch is coming.  Sure enough.  Love the cowboy effort to rope the branch and then the careful yoyo tugs to get it to fall.  Definitely a major league catch on the falling drone.  Very nicely done Porktree.

That was a gravity grappling hook, and some paracord.  Never drone without it
