Not the purpose for which DJI developped this device, I know. But it was purely in the interests of experimentation
Before I get flamed for video-ing whilst driving, let me point out that as we're normally resident in France, we have
a left-hand-drive car, and my wife was doing the driving here in the UK. So I needed a distraction.  
The twin viaducts at the end of the clip are the ones I overflew with the M2Zoom a couple of weeks back.

Very interesting experiment.  Pocket 2 was very stable.  Noticed the weather hasn't improved much lately.

I just did it for a laugh   But it wasn't too bad I thought.  Yeah, the weather continues to thwart me for drone flying.

It worked very well.

I held it and rested the base on the dashboard infront of me. Had to rack the seat forward as its quite a large car.

Well, it looks very nice, so it might deserve a more permanent solution

A fixture on the sun visor might be the thing.

There are windscreen suckers available for this purpose.

Yes, of the kind used for Satnav and so on.  I don't intent to use the Pocket2 for the purpose of a dashcam. It was merely an experiment following an early discussion with Montfrooij

Well, thank you DJI Gamora.  It's not the reason I bought the Pocket 2, but I thought it would be an interesting experiment.  It demonstrates the versatility of the device, I thought.

Pretty stable for hand held.

I have a phone mount on my windscreen. Maybe that can be modified to hold the P2.
I'd rather not be driving around with a P2 in my hands for too long
